A 101 day limited labor warranty is extended at no additional charge when ABC Auto Parts and Sales, Inc. installs an engine or transmission purchased from ABC Auto Parts and labor fees are paid.

A 101 day limited labor warranty is extended at no additional charge when ABC Auto Parts and Sales, Inc. installs a part purchased from ABC Auto Parts and labor fees are paid.

This limited warranty covers all paid installations excluding engines, transmissions and glass, which are covered by a separate specific warranty. The ABC 101 day limited labor warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. ABC Auto Parts and Sales Inc. will replace and install a part Covered by the ABC 101 day limited parts warranty following a breakdown of that part, if the ABC 101 day limited parts warranty covers the part. Replacement will be made with parts of like kind and quality and compatible with the original part purchased. All parts replaced will be covered under the terms and conditions hereof for the remaining term and/or mileage of the original purchase. In the event a replacement part is not available within a reasonable delivery time a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser for the original purchase price of the labor.

All exclusions, owners’ responsibilities, service requirements and installation procedures contained in the ABC 101 day limited parts warranty will apply.

Included in the ABC 101 day labor warranty is:

1. Towing from the residence of the
   vehicle owner, within a 30 mile radius of ABC Auto Parts, that purchased and paid for installation, if the breakdown is covered by the ABC 101 day limited labor warranty. (The ABC Auto Parts staff will arrange for pick up of the vehicle.)
2. Labor to remove and replace a part covered by the ABC 101 day limited labor warranty.
3. Seals, gaskets, filters, fluids, coolant and general shop supplies.
   

Excluded from the ABC 101 day limited labor warranty is:
Any and all labor charges not approved in writing by an authorized representative of ABC Auto Parts and Sales, Inc.

THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES; WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OTHER THAN THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED, ANY MODIFICATIONS TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE IN WRITING ONLY, BY AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF ABC AUTO PARTS AND SALES INC.

All claims must be accompanied by the original sales invoice and the original Purchase or Repair order. Purchaser must keep receipts showing dates, mileage and services performed and/or materials purchased and furnish them to ABC Auto Parts when presenting a claim. A 101 day limited part warranty is included at no additional charge when parts are purchased at ABC Auto Parts and Sales, Inc. This limited warranty covers all parts purchased excluding: engines, transmissions, custom body cuts and wiring harness.

Specific transactions may also contain exclusions or extensions of the standard ABC Auto Parts 101day limited warranty, that language will be written on the sales invoice. The ABC 101 day limited parts warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the part. ABC Auto Parts and Sales Inc. will replace or issue a full refund for the original purchase price of a part covered by the ABC 101 day limited parts warranty upon return of the marked part along with a corresponding valid receipt. Replacement will be made with parts of like kind and quality and compatible with the original part purchased. All parts replaced will be covered under the terms and conditions hereof for the remaining term of the original purchase. In the event a replacement part is not available within a reasonable delivery time a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser for the original purchase price of the part.

Excluded from the ABC 101day limited parts warranty are vehicles used under the following conditions or damage due to the following actions or conditions.

1. Damage due to collision, theft, attempted theft, vandalism, fire, flood, fluid contamination or acts of God.
2. Any modifications not approved in writing by ABC Auto Parts and Sales Inc. and not completed by the original installer.
3. Damage due to improper installation.

Exclusions from the ABC 101 day limited parts warranty is:

1. Any and all labor charges or fees not approved in writing only by an authorized representative of ABC Auto Parts and Sales, Inc.
2. Towing, storage, loss of time, rental car, incidental transportation, phone calls or any and all-consequential damage.
3. Liability for damage to property or injury to or death of any person arising out of the operation, maintenance or use of parts described in this agreement.

The original sales invoice must accompany all claims. Failure to perform the required maintenance, improper installation, missing or melted heat tabs will result in denial of coverage under the ABC 101 day limited part warranty.
